Welcome to Happy Valley UESD

On behalf of the Happy Valley Union Elementary
School District Board of Trustees, I would like to welcome you to
the 2009-10 school year and our web page. We are working on making
the web page a source of timely and important information for the
district. You can sign up on the web page to be notified by e-mail
whenever there is an update of the web page.
The testing results have been released for the
past year and we are very pleased to announce that both schools
showed a 50 point improvement. The primary school is over the magic
800 mark with a score of 818. The elementary is at 778.
Congratulations go to all the staff at both schools for all of
their hard work and student centered efforts.
The plans for the new gym are just about through engineering and will be submitted to the State for approval later this year. We are hoping to break ground in the spring and have the new gym available for graduation in 2011.
We encourage you contact the schools or the district office directly should you want additional information. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses can be found on additional links on this page. We have a new phone system this year and ask that you listen thoroughly to the new directions. The options have changed and it is easy to get transferred to a wrong number if you have not listened to all of the choices.
