New Gym is Moving Ahead

The planning for the new gym is moving ahead. The Board of
Trustees has chosen the firm of Gifford Construction, Inc. to be
the primary builder. The architectural firm of Semingson
Architects, Inc.were chosen to design the gym with input from the
school and community. The plans are currently waiting the
contractor's review before being submitted to the State Department
of Architecture for review and approval. The district hopes
to have the review process completed by the State in the spring
with construction beginning in May or June. The completion
goal is June of 2011. The current bus barn will also be
replaced with a new building that will not be in front of the new
gym. Construction of the new bus barn should start in
January.
