Biographical Information:

I would like to introduce myself to you. I am Steve Westaby, your child’s science teacher. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Science from University of the Pacific and my Masters Degree in Education at Simpson University. I am the father of 3 children; Zack, who is a student at Simpson College obtaining a teaching credential. While attending college he is also works at HVE this year as a coach. Luke is a senior and attends Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is majoring in Biological Science. Amy, my daughter, is a freshman at Shasta College and plans to play softball while she takes her general education requirements. Karri, my wife, teaches P.E. at H.V.E. and is also in charge of athletics at the school. Our family grows Satsuma mandarins. We have been happily married for 27 years. My dog is named Cooper.
